I have known Dagmar for more than 15 years. Some years ago I was reconstructing a house close to Prague. As it was to be a rental property I asked Dagmar to advise me on the layout as well as on the quality and style of the finishes. The advice she provided turned out to be quite valuable. The house was leased before completion of the construction works for a very acceptable rent. The tenant said that it was by far the best rental house they had viewed. They remained in the house for five years before returning to the UK.
