General re-design and furniture proposal was used for one-bedroom apartment in Prague 5. Owner inherited the apartment and decided to keep it as an investment. The state of the property was obsolete and necessary repairs had to be done also with complete refresh of the apartment in order to be able to place it on the rental market. All out of the date furniture including kitchenette has been changed, solid pieces of furniture were used and greatly matched with the new one.
Request from the owner was to fit into the budget and make the staging & design attractive to the widest possible group of clientele / tenants.
