Two-bedroom apartment with terraces, Prague 8

Two-bedroom apartment size of 120 m2 plus two terraces has been designed and decorated for owner's needs while visiting Prague with potential of future lease. The goal was to satisfy professional who travel a lot, use the property very occasionally but requires to feel comfortable. When the apartment was given back we needed to make repairs of ceilings where cracks appeared. To refresh the look we put new Venetian stucco into both bathrooms in light green shade. We added black glass to the kitchen so the wall paint is protected while cooking and gives kitchen a drama look. Black glossy finish was used also in living room on TV table and on study desk. For dining and bar area we used Italian brands that gives elegant look to the apartment. Chairs are all dark brown leather. The same leather can be found on the stainless steel bar under the high end finish glass dining table. Cream leather sofa and chair are by KLER and are supplemented by Czech made chenille cushions. TV by Samsung. Washer with dryer is by Electrolux. Sofa-bed in guest room gives enough space for visitors to enjoy the apartment. In master bedroom we used 180 x 200 cm double bed with bedside tables with glass top from grey-beige leather. Bed linen is by JOOP! and pillows with floral pattern in colors of orange and cream are custom made. Cream carpet was used to soften the relaxing and sleeping area. Stool and vase with flowers are from XXXLutz. For bathrooms and toilet we chose dark green, dark red and natural finish accessories. Bathroom cabinet was custom made by Sýkora. Three standing lamps with creamy lampshades with soft pattern, table light in study room and two bedside tables lights are all by Rendl Light Studio. Finally outdoor furniture is by Terassa Combino Natural.
