Chinese-French married couple requested a complete design and realization of their living room with dining area in a classicist apartment building. The interior should comply link of French classical style with modern elements, together incorporate Chinese culture while respecting the budget. Couple is renting the apartment and therefore another criterion for interior was the possibility to use the furniture in other countries in case the couple will relocate to other states. Clients were interested in the natural, warm, soft materials and lighter colors.
We created a mood and also a sample desks. The complete design was submitted to the clients and selection and purchase of furniture has been implemented together with Dagmar Sabongui. Dagmar also completely secured painting and decorative work. The original client's French frames had been used on walls and we put the violin which client played as a child on in one of the frames. Curtains and pillows were custom made. Side table near the sofa is antique.
